Increases the maximum amount counties can receive under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program from $1,010,000 to $1,100,000.

Adds a sixteenth fire truck to the program eligibility tiers, allowing counties to receive one additional truck at up to $90,000 per vehicle across all applicable funding rounds.

Removes the requirement that counties must have received funding for no more than eight rounds to be eligible for matching assistance under the Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund.

Updates the number of trucks available at the $90,000 funding level from four to five trucks across all county eligibility categories (subsections i through xiii).

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
