Amends Section 63-1-35 of the Mississippi Code to specify required identifying information on driver's licenses, including date of birth, sex, race, eye color, hair color, weight, height, and address of residence.

Authorizes licensees to voluntarily include blood type on the reverse side of their driver's license if medical documentation verifying the blood type is presented at the time of issuance or renewal.

Allows licensees to voluntarily indicate organ donor preference on the reverse side of their driver's license.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
