Suspends voting rights upon conviction of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising in Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Amends voter registration and election management statutes to implement automatic restoration of voting rights after completion of sentencing rather than permanent disenfranchisement.

Requires county registrars and election commissioners to receive regular reports of voters who have satisfied sentencing requirements and automatically restore their names to voter rolls, the Statewide Elections Management System, and county pollbooks.

Brings forward existing statutes regarding dueling-related disenfranchisement (Section 97-39-3) and voting rights restoration for honorably discharged World War I and II veterans (Section 99-19-37) for potential amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
