Requires vehicles operated on public roads during sunset to sunrise and during adverse driving conditions to display headlights and other required lighting devices.

Defines "adverse driving conditions" to include rain, snow, ice, sleet, fog, precipitation requiring windshield wipers, other adverse weather, and unusual road or traffic conditions not reasonably known to the driver.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps when headlights are required; requires low beam headlights in fog conditions.

Makes violation a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $25.00.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
