Prohibits any person from knowingly entering another's land without permission to hunt, fish, shoot, or trap.

Establishes first offense as a misdemeanor with a fine between $500 and $1,000.

Provides penalties for second or subsequent offenses within five years of the last offense with fines between $1,000 and $1,500, plus forfeiture of all hunting, trapping, and fishing privileges for one year and a $500 reinstatement fee.

Requires convicted persons to pay restitution to the landowner of $100 to $250 per animal, bird, or fish unlawfully taken, capped at a total of $1,500 regardless of the number of animals taken.

Law enforcement officers shall seize any unlawfully taken animals, birds, fish, or parts thereof and dispose of them according to department procedures.
