Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to share motor vehicle registration, insurance records, and other identifying information with Child Protection Services to identify noncustodial parents out of compliance with child support payments.

Grants Child Protection Services access to the motor vehicle insurance verification system established under Section 63-16-3 to obtain information on noncustodial parents delinquent on child support.

Adds child support as an enumerated service area under the Department of Child Protection Services' responsibilities in Section 43-26-1.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to adopt rules assisting Child Protection Services in obtaining identifying information for noncustodial parents out of compliance with child support payments.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
