Amends Section 89-1-7, Mississippi Code of 1972, to exclude conveyances to married couples using property as their primary residence from the default "tenancy in common" rule.

Creates a rebuttable presumption that property conveyed to two married individuals is their primary residence, and presumes the property interest is a tenancy by the entirety with right of survivorship.

The presumption of tenancy by the entirety can be overcome if the deed contains specific provisions stating otherwise.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024.
