Changes felony disenfranchisement from permanent to temporary by automatically restoring voting rights once a person completes all sentencing requirements, including probation and restitution.

Applies to convictions for vote fraud, crimes listed in Section 241 of the Mississippi Constitution, and crimes interpreted as disenfranchising in Attorney General opinions.

Requires county registrars to remove voters from the Statewide Elections Management System upon conviction but automatically restore them upon completion of sentencing requirements.

Amends multiple sections of Mississippi election law (23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, 23-15-165) to implement automatic restoration procedures and update related voter roll management processes.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
