Repeals Section 89-1-519, which previously stated that no person or entity could be deemed an agent of the transferor or transferee for disclosure requirements purposes.

Shields real estate brokers and salespersons from discipline or liability regarding the disclosure or delivery of property condition information, with prospective buyers presumed to have notice to inquire about disclosures.

Adds prohibition preventing the Real Estate Commission from requiring real estate licensees to include unilateral termination provisions in buyer-agency agreements.

Clarifies that transfers subject to disclosure requirements cannot be invalidated solely due to non-compliance with disclosure provisions.
