Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-15-43 to require motor vehicle liability policies to provide coverage for 60 days for family or household members after they become licensed drivers.

Coverage begins on the day the person becomes licensed and ends upon the earliest of: the insured adding the person to their policy, the person obtaining their own policy, or the 60th day.

Applies to all motor vehicle liability policies certified as proof of financial responsibility under Mississippi law.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
