Amends Mississippi Code sections 65-3-71.359, 65-3-71.360, and 65-3-71.361 to clarify military titles of service members honored with memorial highway designations in Prentiss County.

Designates Mississippi Highway 365 segment from Highway 364 northerly to Tishomingo County line as "PFC Howard Tillman Bobo Memorial Highway."

Designates Mississippi Highway 364 segment from Highway 365 easterly to Tishomingo County line as "B1C James Millard Jourdan Memorial Highway."

Designates Mississippi Highway 365 segment from Highway 364 southerly to County Road 2360 as "PFC Leland L. Holland Memorial Highway."

Requires Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for each designated memorial highway segment; effective July 1, 2024.
