Establishes a Mississippi Wild Turkey Stamp requirement for any person 16 years of age or older to hunt or take wild turkey within the state.

Sets stamp fees at $10.00 for residents and $100.00 for nonresidents, with all revenue dedicated to wildlife protection, habitat development, and restoration projects approved by the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

Allows penalties for hunting without the stamp to be waived if the person can verify purchase of a stamp prior to the violation date.

Makes violations of the stamp requirement a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
