Requires all health insurance policies, contracts, and managed care entities issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2024, to provide coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests for Mississippi residents.

Prohibits insurers from requiring deductibles or coinsurance for these screenings that exceed amounts charged for similar benefits, and ensures reimbursement rates to providers equal or exceed Medicare rates.

Permits health plans to refer individuals to nonparticipating providers only when appropriate participating providers are unavailable or inaccessible, with services provided at no additional cost to the individual.

Amends the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include mandatory coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests under the same conditions.

Effective July 1, 2024.
