Exempts all privately owned recreational boats manufactured before January 1, 1965 from the three-year registration renewal requirement with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks

Requires boat registration numbers to be displayed on the inside of the boat

Mandates that the original manufacturer, model number, and serial number of the boat (if known) be included on the boat registration certificate

Effective July 1, 2024
