Creates the Mississippi Gospel Music Commission to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for gospel music tourism and cultural preservation, with a report due before the 2025 Regular Session.

Commission comprises representatives from the Division of Tourism, Department of Archives and History, Mississippi Arts Commission, Educational Television Authority, universities, USDA Rural Development, and gubernatorial appointees, with legislative members serving in nonvoting capacity.

Directs the Division of Tourism to establish a statewide "Gospel Music Trail" infrastructure featuring structured tours of gospel music historical sites and performance venues across Mississippi.

Authorizes the Division of Tourism to designate sites and erect Mississippi Gospel Music Trail historical markers in coordination with the Mississippi Department of Transportation for maintenance.

Commission may accept and expend grants and private donations, with funds deposited in a special state treasury account that does not lapse at fiscal year-end.
