Raises threshold for purchases requiring only two competitive written bids (instead of public advertisement) from $5,000 to $10,000 in Section 31-7-13(b)

Increases threshold in Section 31-7-103 for county purchases not requiring requisition or purchase order from $2,000 to $5,000

Increases threshold in Section 31-7-119 for individual supervisor purchases in non-countywide road administration counties from $2,000 to $5,000
