• Schedule II includes opioids (fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone), stimulants (amphetamine, methamphetamine), and depressants (amobarbital, secobarbital, pentobarbital).

• Schedule III includes depressants (barbiturates, ketamine, gamma-hydroxybutyric acid), stimulants (benzphetamine, phendimetrazine), anabolic steroids, and buprenorphine.

• Schedule IV includes benzodiazepines (alprazolam, diazepam, lorazepam), depressants, and stimulants (phentermine, modafinil).

• Schedule V includes low-dose narcotic compounds with nonnarcotic active ingredients, stimulants (pyrovalerone), and depressants (pregabalin, lacosamide); effective July 1, 2024.
