Requires domestic and foreign nonprofit corporations to file an annual report with the Mississippi Secretary of State by May 15 each year, on a form prescribed by the Secretary of State.

Annual report must include the corporation's name, registered agent information, principal office address, names and titles of principal officers, description of business nature, and whether it has received public funds from state or local governmental entities.

Corporations that fail to file timely or fail to disclose required information may be subject to penalties including dissolution or disallowance of nonprofit status.

Changes filing fee for annual reports from $25.00 to no fee, and makes related amendments to references to "status reports" throughout the nonprofit corporation statutes to instead refer to "annual reports."

The annual report requirement does not apply to water associations and takes effect July 1, 2024.
