Amends Section 25-15-9 of Mississippi Code to modify the State and School Employees' Life and Health Insurance Plan to cap co-payments at $35 or less for initial visits with in-network doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers (excluding primary care doctors, telehealth minor care, and telehealth dietician services).

Co-payments capped at $35 are not subject to the employee's deductible, regardless of the type of coverage the employee has selected.

Applies to initial visits only with any type of in-network doctor or specialist or other in-network visit types not specifically excluded.

Effective July 1, 2024.
