Amends trespass laws to include operation of unmanned or uncrewed aircraft systems (drones) over another's property with intent to conduct surveillance as a form of trespass.

Applies drone trespass provisions to enclosed land trespass (Section 97-17-85), willful/malicious trespass (Section 97-17-87), unauthorized entry onto land (Section 97-17-93), and unauthorized presence on buildings/premises (Section 97-17-97).

Establishes criminal offense for knowingly using unmanned aircraft systems to conduct surveillance of critical infrastructure or correctional facilities without written consent, or for delivering contraband to correctional facilities.

Clarifies that recreational drone operation must comply with state law and allows political subdivisions to enforce generally applicable trespass ordinances as they relate to drone use.

Effective July 1, 2024.
