Requires court clerks to accept set-aside orders on behalf of sureties when clerks fail to provide notice of a defendant's failure to appear within 10 working days.

Mandates all felony warrants issued for nonappearance be placed on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) index with no restrictions until the defendant is returned to custody.

Extends the notice period for surety license revocation from 10 working days to 20 working days before the Department of Insurance revocation becomes effective.

Allows sureties to submit proof of defendant surrender or bond payment to the Department of Insurance before revocation, including receipts, surrender certificates, or notices from proper authorities.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
