Establishes the number of judges for each circuit and chancery court district, ranging from 2-4 judges per district, with specific place designations and residency requirements for certain positions.

Makes nonsubstantive changes to county court provisions and updates references to the Mississippi Bar for consistency throughout the judicial code sections.
