Increases child support percentages for obligors with monthly gross income of $1,500 or more: one child from 14% to 16%, two children from 20% to 24%, three children from 22% to 28%, four children from 24% to 31%, and five children from 26% to 34%.

Adds new guideline for six or more children providing an additional 2% of adjusted gross income for each child beyond five.

Establishes separate low-income child support guidelines for obligors earning less than $1,500 monthly with percentages of 14%, 22%, 26%, 29%, and 32% for one through five children respectively, plus 2% for each additional child.

Maintains existing provisions regarding adjusted gross income calculations, deductions, and exceptions for cases with adjusted gross income below $10,000 or above $100,000.

Effective July 1, 2024.
