Amends Section 67-1-5 of the Mississippi Code to update definitions under the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, effective July 1, 2024.

Maintains existing definitions for alcoholic beverages, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and related terms while clarifying regulatory authority vested in the Department of Revenue's Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.

Expands the definition of "qualified resort area" to include 72 specific municipalities, facilities, and geographic areas identified by municipality characteristics, highway intersections, and property specifications.

Permits boards of supervisors and municipal governing authorities to regulate hours of operation, food revenue percentages, and designated locations for alcoholic beverage sales within specified resort areas.

Adds definitions for native wines, native spirits, native wineries, native distilleries, bed and breakfast inns, spa facilities, art studios, cooking schools, and campus properties.
