Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-32-51 to prohibit distribution, sale, or furnishing of any alternative nicotine product that cannot be legally marketed or sold under federal law or FDA rule, regulation, or guidance.

Expands the definition of "alternative nicotine product" to include electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, electronic cigars/cigarillos, and any product containing nicotine that can be ingested by chewing, smoking, inhaling, vaporizing, or other means, along with refill components and liquids.

Maintains existing prohibitions on selling alternative nicotine products to individuals under 21 years of age and requires age verification through government-issued photo ID or third-party age verification service for remote sales.

Establishes graduated penalties for violations: $250 for first offense, $500 for second offense, and $1,000 for third or subsequent offense; treble penalties apply if the product contains controlled substances or causes need for emergency medical care.

Effective July 1, 2024.
