Establishes new permanent boundaries effective July 1, 2025, that modify the district to include Westbrook Road, Old Canton Road, and Canton Mart Road in the northern section while maintaining most other boundary references.

The revised boundaries exclude certain streets from the original description, including references to LeFleur's Bluff State Park, Ridgewood Road, and Eastover Drive that appeared in previous versions.

Effective date is July 1, 2024, with the temporary boundary description applying until June 30, 2025, when the permanent revised boundaries take effect.
