Requires Mississippi's Attorney General to investigate pharmaceutical companies' development, promotion, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in the state.

Directs investigation to examine potential crimes including deceptive advertising (MS Code § 97-23-3), fraud (MS Code § 97-19-83), RICO violations (MS Code Chapter 43), conspiracy, and related offenses.

Authorizes Attorney General to use all subpoena powers and enforcement provisions under MS Code § 7-5-59 to conduct the investigation.

Mandates Attorney General submit annual status reports to the Legislature before January 1 each year the investigation continues, excluding confidential information that could compromise investigation integrity.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
