MS HB1545

Authorizes the Mississippi Development Authority to sell, lease, or dispose of specified real property in Lowndes County and the City of Columbus at less than fair market value at the sole discretion of the authority.

Allows the MDA to pay costs associated with the property transaction including title search, title insurance, legal fees, and recording fees.

Requires all proceeds from the sale of the property to be deposited into the Mississippi Existing Industry Productivity Loan Program Bond Sinking Fund administered by the MDA.

Authorizes the Mississippi Development Authority to correct any discrepancies in the legal description of the properties being sold.
