Clarifies that landowner immunity for recreational use extends to structures on the property, not just land and water areas.

Adds off-road vehicles and all-terrain vehicles to the list of outdoor recreational activities covered under the immunity statute.

Expands landowner immunity to include no duty to keep premises safe for entry or use and no duty to warn of hazardous conditions, whether naturally occurring or created by structures or commercial activities.

Changes the liability standard from "deemed" to "construed" to clarify the statute does not create or increase liability for any person.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
