Changes terminology from "payment action" to "lien enforcement action" throughout the contractor lien statute (Section 85-7-405).

Specifies that an amended lien claim that extends the completion date to a later date does not relate back to the original filing date but constitutes a new filing for calculating the 180-day deadline to file a lien enforcement action.

Clarifies that the 180-day expiration period for filing a lien enforcement action applies to amended liens that change the completion date, creating separate deadlines for each amended filing with a later date.
