Prohibits persons under 21 years of age from entering premises of retailers that sell, store, or maintain kratom products.

Prohibits persons under 21 from purchasing, receiving, or possessing kratom products in any public place.

Prohibits retailers and their employees from selling or providing kratom products to anyone under 21 years of age.

Requires retailers selling kratom products to post a sign at each entrance stating only persons 21 and older are permitted to enter.

Establishes penalties including fines of $200-$500 and up to 30 days community service for minors; fines up to $1,000 and up to 6 months county jail for retailers violating the law; effective July 1, 2024.
