Establishes legislative definitions for sex-based terms including "woman," "man," "girl," "boy," "mother," "father," "female," "male," and "sex" based on biological characteristics and reproductive systems.

Defines "sex" as objective and fixed at birth with only two sexes (male or female), and prohibits "gender identity" from being used as a synonym or substitute for "sex" in statutes.

Declares that persons with differences in sex development (DSD) conditions are not members of a third sex but must be accommodated consistent with state and federal law.

Provides that "equal" treatment does not necessarily mean "identical" treatment between sexes due to objective, immutable physical differences.

Effective July 1, 2024, and codified as a new article in Chapter 3, Title 1, Mississippi Code of 1972.
