Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-15-26 to allow courts to withhold acceptance of guilty pleas for felony DUI offenses if defendants successfully complete court-imposed conditions, with mandatory completion of an intervention court certified by the Mississippi Administrative Office of Courts.

Misdemeanor DUI violations remain excluded from nonadjudication under this section and can only be nonadjudicated under Section 63-11-30.

Court-imposed conditions for nonadjudication may include restitution, up to 960 hours of public service work, fines, drug or alcohol treatment, and remaining in the program subject to good behavior for up to 5 years for felony cases.

Upon successful completion of all court-imposed conditions, the court must dismiss the case and close the proceedings.

The act takes effect July 1, 2024.
