Deletes the specific fee schedule for radiological health services previously capped at $3,500, $1,800, $1,800, and $150 for various categories.

Requires materials licensing fees to align with federal regulations under 10 CFR Sections 170.21, 170.31, and 170.32.

Authorizes the State Board of Health to set fees for other radiological health services with limitations on increases to no more than two increases during July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028, each increase capped at 25% of the current fee amount.

Directs all fees be deposited into the Radiological Health Operations Fund in the State Treasury with a separate budget subject to state budget law requirements.

Effective date: July 1, 2024.
