Increases the Grand Gulf Military Monument Commission from five (5) to seven (7) members effective July 1, 2024.

Maintains five (5) members as resident citizens of Claiborne County, Mississippi appointed by the Governor for five-year terms.

Adds one (1) at-large member appointed by the Governor from the state-at-large after considering recommendations from the Speaker of the House of Representatives, serving a five-year term.

Adds one (1) at-large member appointed by the Lieutenant Governor from the state-at-large for a five-year term.

Allows existing commission members serving before July 1, 2024 to complete their terms, with vacant positions filled according to the new composition structure.
