Designates 12 highway segments across Mississippi as memorial highways honoring military veterans, public servants, and civic leaders, effective July 1, 2024.

Creates the "Lance Corporal Mac Hamburg, USMC, Memorial Highway" on MS Highway 513 South in Stonewall, Clarke County (approximately 1 mile).

Establishes memorials for military service members including Maj. Gen. Alben Hopkins on MS Highway 15 in Walnut, CW2 William Seaborn on MS Highway 9 in Webster County (Vietnam War veteran), and the "Purple Heart Highway" on MS Highway 57 in Greene County honoring Korean Conflict veteran Rawleigh Bradley.

Names highways after state and local officials including Judge Fred Wicker on MS Highway 15 in Pontotoc County (WWII veteran and judge), State Senator Johnny Morgan on MS Highway 7 in Lafayette County, and former Meridian Mayor Cheri Barry on Highway 39 in Lauderdale County.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for each designated memorial highway segment.
