Adds seven substances to Schedule I controlled substances including brorphine, metonitazene, zipeprol, and eutylone due to high potency and potential for harm with no legitimate medical use.

Adds daridorexant and zuranolone to Schedule IV controlled substances as they have accepted medical uses and low abuse potential relative to Schedule III drugs.

Removes fenfluramine from Schedule IV controlled substances.

Adds ganaxolone to Schedule V controlled substances for depressants.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
