Creates new crime for disseminating deep fakes within 90 days of an election without the depicted individual's consent and with intent to injure a candidate, influence election results, or deter voting.

Establishes two penalty tiers: up to 5 years imprisonment or $10,000 fine if intended to cause violence/harm or prior conviction within 5 years; up to 1 year imprisonment or $5,000 fine for other violations.

Allows injunctive relief to be pursued by the Attorney General, district attorneys, depicted individuals, injured candidates, or affected political parties.

Provides defense if deep fake includes prominent disclosure stating the media "has been manipulated or generated by artificial intelligence" with specific sizing and placement requirements for visual and audio media.

Exempts news broadcasts, news-related publications, and satire or parody from the law if they clearly acknowledge authenticity questions or factual inaccuracy.
