Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds totaling not more than $1,779,255.00 to fund infrastructure projects in the City of Hollandale, Mississippi.

Allocates up to $1,475,525.00 for paving, repairs, upgrades and improvements to Old Highway 61 (East Avenue) from U.S. Highway 61 to the city's northern corporate limits.

Allocates up to $303,730.00 for exterior painting and interior sandblasting and cleaning of the city's elevated water tank.

Creates a special fund ("2024 City of Hollandale Road and Water Tank Fund") within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the authorized projects; unexpended amounts apply to debt service after project completion.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2028, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi with interest rates not to exceed limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101.
