Authorizes issuance of up to $6,269,820 in state general obligation bonds to fund various projects in Washington County, Mississippi, with bonds not to be issued after July 1, 2028.

Road projects funded include: Old Leland Road paving ($1,400,000), California Street and Robertshaw Street intersection improvements ($1,200,000), U.S. Highway 61 and Mississippi Highway 12 intersection improvements ($200,000), and Broadway Street Extension paving ($1,547,410).

School projects funded include: Chambers Middle School repairs and upgrades ($300,000) and Simmons High School safety improvements ($75,000).

Park projects funded include improvements to six parks: Frisby Park, Greenville Leland Lyons Park, Leland Breisch Street Park, Greenville Dublin Park, Elizabeth Broad Street Park, and Paul Love Jr. Park ($1,547,410).

Establishes the "2024 Washington County Projects Fund" within the State Treasury; remaining funds after project completion shall pay bond debt service, and bond interest income is exempt from state taxation.
