Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds totaling up to $988,205.00 to fund road improvements in Washington County, Mississippi.

Allocates up to $648,065.00 for paving, repaving, repairs, upgrades and improvements to Sarullo Circle in Washington County.

Allocates up to $340,140.00 for paving, repaving, repairs, upgrades and improvements to Mourning Dove Street in Washington County.

Creates a special "2024 Washington County Road Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds, with unexpended amounts and investment earnings applied to bond debt service after project completion.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2028, and are backed by full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi with interest rates not to exceed limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101.
