Appropriates $12,580,718.00 from the State General Fund and $26,678,000.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 155 permanent positions and 10 time-limited positions for the department; restricts salary escalations and transfers to cases where new/additional funds are available above the appropriated level.

Allocates $6,000,000.00 for the Vicksburg Military Park Interpretive Center, $6,000,000.00 for Grand Village in Natchez, and $1,000,000.00 for the Crigler Park project from the Capital Expense Fund.

Provides $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and reappropriates $17,346,271.00 in Capital Expense Funds from prior year authorizations for ongoing restoration and construction projects.

Grants to the department authority to accept and expend up to $1,000,000.00 in donations and grants from individuals, organizations, or government entities for operational costs.
