Appropriates $1,077,245.00 to the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 5 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Allocates $400,000.00 in grants for ABET-accredited engineering programs and Board-approved surveying programs at Mississippi colleges and universities, with the Board to report on grant awards by August 1, 2025.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024, and to submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Establishes personnel expenditure controls requiring that fiscal year 2026 personal services funding not exceed fiscal year 2025 appropriations unless programs are added by the Legislature, and prohibits use of appropriated funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds for salaries.
