Appropriates $17,347,147.00 from the State General Fund and $14,220,094.00 from special funds to the State Forestry Commission for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 326 permanent positions and 7 time-limited positions for the commission.

Establishes performance targets including 2-hour average fire suppression time, 95% of fires suppressed at 100 acres or less, 35,000 acres regenerated or improved, and 19,800,000 acres monitored for insect, storm, or disease damage.

Requires $200,000 of special funds to be transferred to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce for the Beaver Control or Eradication Program.

Prohibits salary increases for employees in job classifications with minimum salaries of $70,000 or greater and restricts general funds from replacing withdrawn federal or special funds used for salaries.
