Appropriates $25,191,367.00 in special funds to Pearl River Valley Water Supply District for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 109 permanent and 1 time-limited employee positions for the district.

Allocates $1,750,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund and provides additional funding for dredging and sediment removal from Ross Barnett Reservoir.

Requires the district to waive traffic control fees for vehicles with "REZ" tags and to provide priority event scheduling and fee waivers for ESPN Bass Masters Classic, FLW Major Open, and Catch A Dream Foundation Bass Classic.

Reappropriates $1,352,364.00 in unexpended Capital Expense Funds from the previous fiscal year and allocates $4,000,000.00 for construction of a new office building.
