Allocates $15,000,000.00 of the appropriated funds for capital projects

Allocates $50,000.00 for overtime, callback, or standby pay

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2024 and submit comparable budget requests for fiscal year 2026
