Appropriates $136,336,290 from the State General Fund and $184,408,641 from special funds to the Department of Child Protection Services for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Authorizes 1,517 permanent positions and 417 time-limited positions for the department

Allocates $93,601 to the Mississippi Children's Trust Fund and $250,000 for maintaining a 24-hour hotline for child victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation

Provides up to $4,500,000 for Kinship Care Payments and reappropriates $6,789,259 from the Capital Expense Fund for information technology system developments

Designates $11,086,239 for Adoption Assistance and Congregate Care Homes Maintenance Payments and $1,711,959 for Foster Home Maintenance Payments
