Appropriates $7,017,923.00 from the General Fund and $2,075,000.00 from special funds to the State Fire Academy for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 62 permanent positions for the State Fire Academy with restrictions on salary increases and requirements that FY2026 personal services funds not exceed FY2025 levels unless new programs or positions are added.

Establishes performance targets of training 12,000 students at an average cost of $781.07 per student during FY2025.

Allocates $1,750,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for replacement of heat building components and $250,000.00 for auditorium roof replacement.

Reappropriates $75,000.00 and $160,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for a specialty rescue truck purchase and dorm room completion projects previously authorized in HB 1606 (2023).
