Appropriates $208,007.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board with the appropriated funds.

Restricts personal services spending in fiscal year 2026 to not exceed fiscal year 2025 levels unless the Legislature approves new programs or positions.

Directs the board to deposit all revenue generated into a special fund and retain all interest earned rather than paying it into the State General Fund.

Establishes procurement preferences for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service.
