Appropriates $5,586,080.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Authorizes 40 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions; requires agency to ensure FY2026 personal services funds do not exceed FY2025 appropriation unless new programs are added by the Legislature.

Allocates $1,560,000.00 to the Office of Nursing Workforce to oversee the state's Nursing Workforce Program and educational curriculum.

Requires the Board of Nursing to develop a plan by January 2025 to revise licensure laws to include those with Air Force 4N Training, Community College of the Air Force practical nursing degrees, and equivalent military nursing training, and present it to the Legislature.

Authorizes up to $105,000.00 for the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy to support the Prescription Monitoring Program and designates appropriated funds to assist the Department of Health with Medical Cannabis Act implementation.
